I agree with Mr. Umair to some extent

and to some extent not.

yes its a fact that even those students get good percentage who don,t have enough knowledge.

But where the actual reason lies is not only the paper pattern

Yes the paper pattern needs improvement

adding some lengthy questions

But main thing is not to repeat the  previous question as it is

but at least with different wording

especially MCQs

and

i think paper pattern should be changed every three years

 so that same questions can't be repeated

i am not denying the current system of MCQs prevailing and applicable in all universites

as it is a good tool to test knowledge and concepts instantly.

So its all what i want to say

but its not right to say that Vu is totally a bogus type University as it is effectively spreading the knowledge to far and poor people at cheaper cost

As something is better than nothing

and VU is better than something although is not everything means need improvemnt here.
