If you're asking about scholarship from vu, then you'll get it if your cgpa is higher than all other students in a particular semester, vu usually selects 3 students from each semester of all programs. Salam. Merit Base scholarship is given to top 5 or 8 students as per VU decision of each course on semester GPA which having CGPA more then 3.0.
