Building Self Trust

Self trust is having an unshakeable conviction in yourself
that relies on no proof or evidence.  However, to start building
self trust, you need to see improvements in yourself. 

Make a promise, a commitment to you,
however small (in fact, start very small).  And then keep it!
Make one and keep one today, and then notice
how much more you trust yourself.
