Effective CGPA is finalized of all terms or the average of CGPAs of all semesters, whereas GPA is of current result.

Bcoz in the 1st following mansion result the student have 1.59CGPA but the university offer him the internship

But in this 2nd following mansion result the student have 1.99 CGPA...But the university not offer him the internship...
