ye ju form ap nay attach kiya hy isaay fill kar k fini619@vu.edu.pk  ko mail karna hy ????????????for refrence letter???

me ny tu aik mail simple jis me bank or manager ka likh kar mail ki thi kal n aj bhi fini619 pay but no reply so plz guide me cuz NBP walay letter mang rahay hyn as soon as possible...or mujhy reply nai aa raha university ka plz guide me... :( in this regard.....
