i will appreciate if you could tell us more information on following:-

1. Period or tenor of internship...?
   
2. Date of submission of Internship Report? (after Final Terms or Mid Terms)
3. Total marks of Internship Report??? or Credit Hours ??
   
4. can i submit internship certificate of any registered organization with out seeking permission from VU?
5. will VU go for depth verification of internship ? suppose i submit any internship certificate (by using any reference)
6. will VU ask us to visit Lahore for presentation on the basis of internship report ??
7. I just heard that after final terms of 4th semester, students are called for presentation?  is it true??  if yes then for what purpose???

Internship is easy... see for any suitable firm which must be registered, use references if any to get permission from heads of that firm's (e.g. Any Bank) HO to do internship with them. Then U can easily get a letter from VU i the name of that firm where u wanna do internship..... The main thing.... U have to submit An internship report at the end to VU. jahan tak mujhe pata hai aisa hi hota hai....
