Can you really imagine what should VU do? How it is preplanned? Thins is entirely my personal thinking and not the university's version. I think this nominal increase is not injustice. Please reconcile.

VU nay yeh jo six installments kee hain yeh sub pre-planned lagta hay. Yeh sub blood y devils khel khel rahay hain. Inhaon nay fee barha dee hay jub k start main inhon nay 2000 per month ka jhansa diya tha...abb 2800 per month. inhon nay fee barhai students ko 3 installments k maslay main phansaya taa k students sirf 3 installments k ooper ehtajaj karain aur uss k baad inhon nay tricky way main six installments ker k aik fake relief diya hay. Halankay yeh zayadati ker chukay hain.
