Based on the following available information, calculate the amount of subscriptions to be credited to "Income and Expenditure Account" for the year 2010 if subscription received during the year 2010 amounting to Rs. 30,000.

  • Subscription outstanding at the end of the year 2009 amounting to Rs. 4,000
  • Subscription received in advanced on 31st December, 2009 amounting to Rs. 2,000
  • Subscription received in advanced on 31st December, 2010 amounting to Rs. 6,000
