a) Loan
 
Reference: Mgt411 - page # 17
Bank Loan: A borrower obtains resources (good and services) from a lender immediately in exchange for a promised set of payments in the future.
 
Reason for other option cancellation:
Debt => usually are bonds, not obtained in exchange of goods and services
Credit => amount payable, can be past payables, not specifically arises out of promises.
Ready money => Nothing like this exists :)
