Dear Friends! I just read this thread. I feel that there is some misperception here. Please note following:
a. CSS is competative Exam and passing will not guarentee induction into Civil Services.
b. No doubt about corruption, but is that all, we say Govt. is corrupt, so stop working? Lets make our aims better, and move ahead. Why can we not make difference?
c. All failures also claim, "we passed, but due to corruption we could not get job", please do not listen them as they just give spam ideas. Work hard and get top position, that would guarentee the induction. Each Exam is fresh one, and no last candidate is taken into account for fresh entries.
Hope the point is somewhat clear?
