The policy of vu book shop is...
"NO CHANGE, NO RETURN"
(Even if you get blank dvd's and books without binding).
And the bookshop says that we have a "fair" policy in my
correspondence with them.
I got 2 dvd's totally blank i checked in different computers.
Several times i got dvd's with corrupted lectures.
And books in form of open pages (with out binding).
What do you say in this regard?
If you think their policy is unfair then send an email to bookshop@vu.edu.pk
We the students must join hands against some monopolistic decisions of vu.
