Well you still have to clear one more subject. GPA is one thing but you should be clear with 72 credit hours as well

We regret to let you know that you are not eligible for MBA Degree because you have aerned 69 Credit Hours so far with the CGPA 2.37 while in order to be eligible for the award of MBA Degree, the students are required to complete 72 credit hours with minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 2.30 out of 4.00. In addition, they are required to clear their outstanding dues if any.
