Presentation and viva will start after ramazan ..
and preparing slides is an educational work so i think it can be done during aitekaaf.
And it is better to ask from instructor that u are going for Aitekaaf , their response will be favorable..

u will be aitekaaf at home na? to its not a big issue u can submit ur slides during aitekaaf dear.. its not so strict to just stick at one place just avoid every unnecessary thing... otherwise u can ask any of ur friends to submit ur slides
