           Final project of MIT/MCS need two consective semesters to complete (min). if u select it now in ur upcomming semester then u need to complete two semesters right now to complete ur project if u got it clear within these two. in case u cannot make it clear u may allow more semester to complete.

          But if u cannot make it clear within this period then u have to select ur project again as a new.
