in interpretations it is necessary to show trend analysis points also means year wise increase decrease and their reasons so here is mine original working capital interpretations for NBP to guide all of u that make all ratio interpretations like this
Interpretation
As the working capital from year 2008 to year 2010 is -97,928,321, -80,229,555 & -174,162,385 respectively this shows an unhealthy symbol of current assets. Current assets are less than the current liabilities showing a high degree of risk to pay off short term obligations. In year 2010 working capital ratio decreasing to a very critical risky level to pay its short term debts as compare to year 2008 and year 2009.
