there you will find all the answers to your questions.
there is a standard format on which you have to prepare your report which is available in downloads section of course website.
internship duration should be from 6 -8 weeks.
submission date of internship will be available in semester calendar. there is also more information that will help you.
you can ask me more if not clear.
