Dear Friends! A-o-A. Its an honour to announce that Dr. Naveed A. Malik, the Rector Virtual University of Pakistan, has consented to attend VU Students Party being coordinated by us, and has confirmed his availability on 25th September 2011, (Sunday) for Dinner. The necessary details are contained in the card that is attached here including the program. Now some details that are required to be conveyed are also listed here so please read carefully:
a. Seats are limited so only those students who would confirm will be included in the lists.
b. The charges may reduce on finalizing the gift for Rector, which would be collected accordingly at the time of collection on the day of Party.
c. No one other than VU Students are allowed to attend the party.
d. All students are requested to produce their CNIC and VU ID Card at the time of entry when requested.
e. Please dress up as asked, otherwise entry would be denied.
f. This party is for the students, by the students so must be attended and enjoyed.
g. No One is allowed to photograph in the premises of the DeSOM, so please do not use your cameras. Only inside the Hall, the photography will be allowed. NO Photography of Girls be done.
h. No one will be provided accommodation or transportation in case of Out Station Guests by the management.
i. Any suggestion to improve, will be reviewed carefully.
j. After the arrival of Chief Guest, the gates will be closed.
k. Rely in this thread for including in the lists.REMEMBER: WE MUST BEHAVE LIKE MASTER LEVEL STUDENTS WITH OUR RESPECTED INSTRUCTORS AND HONOURABLE GUESTS. ALL ARE EXPECTED TO BEHAVE LIKE HONOURABLE MEMBERS OF VU COMMUNITY.
All owners of other VU Groups are also requested to attend this Party, and do post this mail to all Groups, so that maximum students can join us, as far as possible.
