Click New Outlook Data File
Then find your source where your .pst file exists. Double click on that file and recover. But if you have installed a new window / office then you could not be able to recover if your source file is in C drive. Because .pst file is saved in C drive by default. If you r using Microsoft Outlook then must change it’s source to any other drive so that it could be recovered after any mishap.

After fresh installation, don’t open any drive (this will activate virus and virus will regenerate to your installation drive and OS will corrupt again). First install antivirus from CD/DVD, update it via internet and put your computer on a complete scan.
After killing all the viruses, check if your disk space is recovered. I guess it will not recover but now your computer is secured. Attach any external drive and move your data to that drive. Then format the 157Gb drive. After format, copy back the data. Now you are done.
Keep your antivirus up to date.
