All trustees seems to have strong believe that "Leaders are born, not made.(Trait Theory)

Question 2.In your opinion, Murad Hassan possesses which type of leadership behavior according to Michigan studies

Solution:

Murad is having strongly Task-Oriented leadership behaviour. And Accroding to Michigal studies  in such type of behaviour  leaders focus only on getting the job done, and they can be quite autocratic. They actively define the work and the roles required, put structures in place, plan, organize, and monitor.

As is given already in scenario that '' he may not be the best person for the job "He is pre-occupied with his task compliance, but I don't know how well he  interacts with people. He is very clever in getting himself involved in activities

Conclusion:

However, because task-oriented leaders don't tend to think much about the well-being of their teams, this approach can suffer many of the flaws of autocratic leadership, with difficulties in motivating and retaining staff.
