::: vuaskari.com ::: Urgent help regarding fee arrears

Dear Admins,

Please, guide me through this explaining what could be going wrong and where?

  1. I am an oversea student and I have sent the admission fee of $110- and the first installment of courses of $75/- at two different instances. 
  2. 1st time I sent on standard n chartered bank via TT and I received an amount $30/- unpaid in my account book.
  3. Second time I sent a TT to HBL and this time I received an unpaid amount of $35/-. 
  4. I have paid an exact amount of $110/- (as mentioned in Invoice) excluding the TT charges which were $20/- the first time.
  5. The second installment was of $75/- with an extra TT charges of  $15/-. 
(The difference between the TT charges is due to changing of bank from standard & chartered to HBL )

I have emailed VU multiple times but they don't reply too me. By now i have paid an extra $65 for unknown reasons. With each transaction a deficit of approx. $30/- is occurring. 
By the end of my Masters I would have paid them an extra $240 for unknown reasons. Kindly, help me through cuz none at the VU are responding to me.
