What is term structure? Define briefly (3 Marks)

A 9% coupon rate bond with face value Rs. 100 is sold in Rs.95. What is current yield? (3 Marks)

People differ in the valuation of stocks. Explain (5 Marks)

What do you know about spreading of Risk? discuss briefly(5 Marks)
