If MBS is without specialization then it will be considered a simple master degree. It couldn't be compared with any MBA either 2 year or 3.5 year. Because MBA 2 year is also with specialization and industry demands the specialized persons for their specific departments. In this scenario how can a simple MBS adjust? So, it is advised that don't convert your MBA 3.5 year to MBS. Anyhow new comers have the option to choose!
