First of all part time and private teachers and mostly private universities just for the sake of business have ruined our students and social values of our society.
Universities cannot be blamed alone
Political stability
Power crisis
terrorism
are also the reasons, an entrepreneurial mind grows when opportunities are provided but here we don't have much of them.
But your discussion is just for universities so your answer must be related to educational reasons.
