There is only chance if you get full marks in Assignment+Quiz+GDB
becoz  12+3+5=20
that is very tough. If you miss even 1 mark then you will loss getting pass in final.

If your percentage in assignments and final term is good enough then you can pass that particular subject you missed in midterms.
