yes Vu is offering such certificate Courses, please visit www.vu.edu.pk and see Academic Programs >> certificate Courses...

you can only send mails to any group you can not receive mails from any group (except individual mails by members). Vu is blocking mails from groups. you can join us through Gmail.com please make an account at gmail.com and after sign in visit following address to join
