i read it 2 year.. or 70 ki speed b pass ki the. but believe it. k kabi b application nahi d is ki job k lea....... boht muskel kam ha pahla to isa clear karna.. pher agr job mila b too hamasha Officers ka Monchi  
( peon ) ban ka life guzarni parti haa. 

ap ko Basic Scale to 14 or 16 mill jata ha,, but kaam sara wo hi hota han joo kisi peon k hota han.or agr ap kisi journalist ka toor pa is ko karna cahta ho. pher best haa. but wahan taak pohanchny k lea boht struggle or Reference cahya.. + CSS..
