Zawar is very right at this moment. If u become a professional than move toward short hand. Aur rahi baat PEON wali i dont agree with this. In absence of officer your are commendant to conduct business of the office. 

Banda boss k hamesha necchy hi rehta, Haan agar background strong ho to Boss ko dara bhi sakta hy. 

It is shortest method to reach high officals/officers ranks.

I also saw BS-20 Job in National Assembly so 

1st Pass PCS or PMS then u will have BS-17

3 to 5 years job in BS-17 then u will have BS-18

5-10 years job in BS-18 then u will have BS-19

Yahaaaan tak bary bary sharp minds ki bass ho jati hy

BS-20 kuch hi ko milta hy

Banda ya service dono main sy aik expire ho gata hy
