There are some discrepancies in the report which are as follows;
- The critical analysis is not attempted appropriately. There are many problems in the mentioned points and many of them are recommendations.
- You are required to analyze the functions, policies, practices, structure, and organizational structure critically and identify the gaps in the theory and practice in the organization.
- You are required to explain the opportunities and threats in SWOT analysis in details as the mentioned points are not appropriate.
- You are required to improve all the highlighted areas according to the given comments provided on it.
