Nadeem bro.  You are absolutely right , i have also told the same thing that conversion is possible but it is just a master degree of business studies and can be used to get the knowledge of business field. Aoa,  i think you can not convert in 2 year MBA if you have 14 years of education (means graduation) . and 2 year programs is no more i think, you can do MBA only of 3.5 years. if you have 16 years of education, then you can apply for MBA 1.5 years. for mroe and authontic info please Email at info@vu.edu.pk and studyprogramchange@vu.edu.pk or you can call at 111-880-880 for more info. with extension 342 Allah Hafiz.
