The policy of vu book shop is... "NO CHANGE, NO RETURN" (Even if you get blank dvd's and books without binding). And the bookshop says that we have a "fair" policy in my correspondence with them. I got 2 dvd's totally blank i checked in different computers. Several times i got dvd's with corrupted lectures. And books in form of open pages (with out binding). What do you say in this regard?
