Agar D grade ko improve karna hai tou aik chance hai is liye opt karlo. Iss bar D improve nah howa tou next time yehi grade permanent ho jaiga aur tumhari CGPA aur bhi kam ho jaigi so its better to opt this option n try to improve ur D's.
