   ایک ایسے  ملک میں جہاں انسانوں کو بھیڑ بکریوں کے ریوڑ کے طور پر غلام بنا کر رکھا گیا ہو۔۔اور انتخابات کے دن اُنہیں ہانک کر "پولنگ اسٹیشن" پہنچایا جاتا ہو اور وہ بس "ٹھپہ"لگانے کے کام آتے ہوں ، اور یہی ان بیچاروں کا کل مصرف ہو۔۔وہاں کیا انتخابات کا یہ نظام کبھی کسی "تبدیلی" کا عنوان بن سکتا ہے۔۔یقیناً نہیں ، یہاں اب "بتوں" نے ہی جیتنا ہے جن کے یہ کمی کمین عوام غلام ہیں۔۔جاگیردار، وڈیرے،خوانین،سردار، سرمایہ دار اور خونی فاشسٹ۔۔جہاں ملک کے لوگوں کو educate نہیں بلکہ 64 سالوں سے dis-educate کیا گیا ہو، قصداً اور منظم منصوبہ بندی کے تحت کیا گیا ہو، کیا موجودہ" انتخابی نظام" وہاں کوئی تبدیلی پیدا کر سکتا ہے۔۔یقیناً نہیں۔۔اس کا  حل انتخابی نظام میں تبدیلی ہے۔۔ایسے ملک میں "متناسب نمائندگی proportional representation " کا نظام افراد اور شخصیتوں کا قلع قمع کرسکتا ہے۔۔اس نظام میں لوگ شخصیتوں کو ووٹ نہیں ڈالتے، پارٹی اور پارٹی پروگرام کو ووٹ دیتے ہیں۔۔کیا یہ کوئی نئی بات ہے۔۔یقیناً نہیں۔۔پھر اس پر بات کیوں نہیں ہوتی
