  گُزشتہ جمہوریت کے پانچ سال ایک لعنت تھے ۔۔ ایسی لعنت جس میں صرف لٹیروں کے گھر روشن رہے جبکہ رعایا بیس بیس گھنٹے کے اندھیرے جھیل کر بھی بل بھرنے پر مجبور رہے / ہے ۔۔۔ مگر پھر بھی جمہوریت کے چیمپئن کہتے ہُوئے نہیں تھکتے ۔ کہ ہم نے جمہوریت کی ریل کو پٹری سے اُترنے نہیں دیا ۔۔ گٗزشتہ دونوں بڑی پارٹیوں پر سارے پاکستانی عوام کی طرف سے لکھ لعنت .... گزشتہ پانچ سال کے دوران مجھے جمہوریت کا یہ مطلب سمجھ آیا ہے ایک بڑے شیطان کا چھوٹے چھوٹے لاتعداد شیطانوں کے ذریعے عوام کا خون چوسنا.اگر آپ کے پاس ان پانچ جمہوری سالوں کی کوئی اور تعریف موجود ہے تو مجھے ضرور آگاہ کیجئے گا ٭٭ ( کُچھ شیطانوں کے تصویر اِس میں شامل نہیں ) ... --  ٭٭٭٭ میرے وطن کی سیاست کا حال مت پُوچھو ٭٭ گری ہُوئی ہے طوائف تماش بینوں میں ٭٭٭٭ ہمارے ٹیکس کے پیسے پر عیاشی .. اور پھر کہتے ہیں کہ ہم تو خادم ہیں بادشاہ نہیں ..آخر کب تک یہ طُفیلئے ہماری رگوں سے خُون چُوستے رہینگے ...  ہم وطنو ! شناختی کارڈز کی دو بوریاں پکڑے جانے کے بعد یہ بدبُودار نامعلوم لوگ کُچھ بھی کر گُزرنے کیلئے تیار ہی
