i want to ask why not Other liabilities are not included in current liabilities...

Mark-up / return / interest payable in foreign currencies
Unearned income / commission 
Accrued expenses 
Advance payments
Security deposits against Ijara financing 
Unclaimed dividends 
Branch adjustment account
Payable against purchase of listed shares
Withholding taxes payable 
Federal excise duty payable 
Others 

Now please Comment these are from Askari Bank balance sheet Items of Other Liabilities...now it will include or not Please Comment.....
