 Mein vu k staff or authorities se guzarish karta hn k woh old fee structure ko na change karein agr woh esa karien ge to bht se bachay chor kar chalay jain ge jo k afford nae kar sktay new fee structure or iska nuqsan be vu ko he ho ga .
So, i request you again not to change old fee .it will prove a big drawback for vu .
