very simple u fill the form as it is only change is that when u enter code image u simply Intentionally enter it wrong & did this 3 to 4 time simultaneously after when u enter it correct and submit ur request to Gmail then Gmail  not ask u ur ph No.
it is coz we just fooling them, new user always do this mistake we just get benefit from this whole of Gmail
hope this can help i even know one more method but this is 100% work
if any person know any other method so i really want to know it.
