no maha... answer is 3rd.... as weighted average score is 2.5 and Above 2.5 means firms is performing to external environment. Plz check the following PARA (0.8 is much lower than 2.5)

A total score of 1.0 indicates that the firm's strategies are not capitalizing on opportunities or avoiding external threats.
