As i told you this problem usually just coz of using to different drives of different age as SATA is more reliable than IDE So my dear check your system;s bios setting and than if possible exchange the IDE drive with Sata from the nearest Computer Hardware Shop..

Well I would like to know you that this is really BIOS problem as you have said.
Cables were OK.
IDE's jumpers were also fine.
but from BIOS my SATA got disabled. even this is not detecting by replugging it too.

this is also good to have both drive of same type.
