LOW                                                    HIGH
18000 - 10000 =  8000                         20000 - 8000 = 12000
18000 - 12000 = 6000                          20000 - 20000 = 0
18000 - 18000 = 0                                20000 - 15000 = 5000


NOW CHOOSE THE HIGHEST FROM BOTH LOW AND HIGH: WHICH ARE
8000  AND 12000
NOW CHOOSE THE MINIMUM FROM THE 8000 AND 12000 WHICH IS 8000
SO 8000 IS OUR MINIMAX REGRET.
