razia, simple way to enhance c drive speed:

1. go to mycomputer properties => advanced => performance--settings--Performance Options--advanced yahan virtual memory main jayen or change pe click karen, yahan c drive ki virtual memory k initial size ko enhance kar den (agar wahan initial size 750 mb a raha hai to us ko barha kar 1500 pe kar den or agar maximum size 1500 a raha hai to us ko barha kar 2000 mb pe kar den) or set pe click kar den then ok pe clik kar den
2. internet explorer history ko "0" days pe kar den
3. disk cleanup regularly kya karen

Simple and quick solution is  copy data files from c to some other drive like d, e or f. Then formate c and install fresh copy of window and other software. In other case as the system is badly effected with virous and will not cleare easily.
 
After install fresh copy of window install antiviours and scan other drives d, e or f before retrieving them.
 
You can also install kesper sky tool and clean ur system.
