Yes Sheeba your opinion is most right. i got this Office(2010) with the brand new laptop purchase, abviously it was installed by the seller. when i go to the drive where backup files of the OFFICE are placed i could not get any key. so i request to aal friends to help. i think the seller had installed the trial version with out key. now i have DVD placed in my drawer. i began to install it freshly from my side.
any how thank you to all who provide me their opinions.

no need to insert the key .. as every version requires different key .. the best way is to uninstall the office and install it again by downloading the latest version from the internet, or if u get the latest version from the market on CD .. when u try installing the office, its key will be provided itself in it ..
