To freez ur smester just go to the vulms >>> students services >>> and freez ur smester 

there is no fee for freezing semester 

and next u ll only be able to unfreez in the start of next smester not in the mid or not after40 days

I am a student of MBA. My 3rd semester would be starting next. Could somebody please guide me about freezing of semester if I go InshaAllah in October to perform Hajj. Should I freeze whole of the semester at the beginning and thus wait for complete six months to restart or should restart just after 40 days when returned from Hajj. I don't want to waste time as well want  not  my studies be affected. I am not clear from the rules about the fee,assignments, GDBs and Quizzes . Shall I be able to do it (properly) if I freeze the semester in October and then unfreeze in November / December  or otherwise. I shall be grateful.
