they told to me to made very little change in the code. they said me to remove a link from admin side. that link was used to show to the admin  the files of user's uploaded against each user by the user. i just commented that line of code and that link was vanished from admin side. be confident and say "sorry" if you don't know the answer of any question. i say again please read the helping material provided by the uni for the project regarding each phase of it.. n then compare your presentation and prepare it well..
