may jab enter hova tou 3 person thay 1 lady and other 2 male and one of them was look like raiwind mubaligh, lady said, u have 15 min now start, may nay theek tara say suna nahi aur bus apna intro dia project ka intro dia phir may sources, tools aur data processing ka bataya, wo jo raiwind valay molvi sab thay uno nay thoray say question kia project k intro k baray may aur sources k baray may k sources kyn use kiya hy aur ap ko kaya help mili hy in say aur in ki ehdar kaya zarorat thi phir uno nay bola k ratio analysis per ayo direct
meray say debtor turnover ratio ka baray pocha Dawood hercules ki sirf ka vo itni high kyn hy tou us k simple say ans tha k sales cash bases per hy aur debtor management efficient hy lakin DAWOOD k case may ya ratio bohat ziada high thi to ais per kafi waqt lia aur kafi saray question kaya phir meray sources ka baray may pocha ka udhar say kaya lia hy aur kyn lia hy, phir creditor turnover ratio k pocha us ko link kia debtor k saat k in k kaya relation hy sirf DAWOOH k peechay paray rahy ur pocha k mere kafi ziada discussion hoi aik lady thi uno nay kafi ziada confuse karnay ki koshish ki lakin may kaheen per ruka nahi aur jo jo wo poch rahi thi may un answer day raha thaa jis may vo kafi ziada questioning per questioning kar rahi thi aur may jo bol raha thaa mujay aysa lag raha thaa k vo satisfied nahi horahi ais lia question per question kari ja rahi hy, phir uno nay mujay operating cycle ka analysis karnay ko bola aur edhar b DAWOOH Hercules ki jaan nahi chori lakin edhar aik question kia k sub say achi ratio kis ki hy vo may nay bata di k FFC ki in the year of 2010 then she asked if takes FFC ratio an a benchmark then what are ur suggestions that how other two companies can improve their ratio, here i mention different views of mine and out one the lady picked that how the companies can improve the asset utilizations after answering the question i add some more suggestion for all group of selected companies and very briefly narrate the conclusion that which company is best any why and which has weak results and why? i want to speak more but they cut me and asked ok u may go now and send the other student that is waiting outside for his presentation. before leaving the room may un say pochna chahta tha k mere presentation kaisi hoi k muj ko dubara ana paray gaa kyn mujay aysa lag raha tha un ki body language dekh kar k they are not satisfied. mujay 15 mint ka bola aur 35 min lag gaya

may ye sub apni bv say share kaya tou vo boli us time k ap pass ho kyn k jin say ziada questioning hoti hy aur ziada discussion hoti hy vo lazmi pass hojata hy now the result is in front of u.. muj say phalay jo student ja rahay thaa vo 10 ya 15 mint may vapis ajatay thaay

to mere suggestion yahi hy k ap presentation k speech say ziada interpretation, recommendation aur conclusion ko deeply study karay ap ko her ratio ka function pata hona chahiya k kis lia use hoti hy aur comparatively analysis kis tara kartay hy aur ratio ko improve kia ja sakta hy trend up and down honay ki kaya vaja hy aur haan aik cheez aur jo companies ap nay select ki hy un ki financial statement b pori tara read karay k kaya kaya information di hoi hy us may kyn k bohat say answer ap ko udhar say he mil jaya gay

one thing more the panel was very rude, strict and very much formal. so confidence is the key

all the best students
