       with the blessing of Allah I have passed my presentation and completed my MBA in (Finance).

 

 

 

My VIVA & Presentation Experience:

 

16 Sep 2011 on friday at 10:00 I given a presentation. My Final Project Presentation Topic was "Profitability Ratio Analysis". My presentation time was 10:00am to 10:30am at Dubai, UAE and i reached to my office at 07:00 before 3 hours to start presentation. But it did not start at the time and it started nearly 10:50am I was understand that i have missed it till that time i have send many email to FIN619 instructor inshort It started very late. and it taken nearly 30 to 35 minutes. panel was consist on 1 female or 2 male teachers. These are the questions which has been asked to me during presentation:

 

1)   Miss asked me to Introduce your self and give the introduction of your project.

2)   Sir told me you will have 13 minutes to give your presentation.

3)   After that they told me to come directly on Ratio Analysis

4)   What is the Net profit margin and make us understand its interpretation

5)   Why there is too much fluctuation of net profit margin in FCCL Company

6)   Then Miss asked how net profit margin came on negative tell me the solid reasons

7)   What is the major thing who is directly affecting the sales of companies and then she told come on new ratio and tell me just its interpretation

8)   What is the differenct between Assets turnover ratio or Return on assets

9)   What is Operating Income Margin

10) What is the difffence between EBIT and Operating Income margin

11) What is the formula of EBIT

12) What is the formula of Operating Income Margin

13) What is dupont return on Assets 

14) How do you differenceiate between dupont reuturn on assets and Operating Assets Turnover

15) what is the formula of dupont return on Assets

16) after your conlusion tell us which company is getting better profit from market

17) Where is the head office of Pioneer Cement Ltd

18) Where is the head office of Lafarge Pakistan Cement Ltd.

19) What is the name of Managing Director of FCCL Company.

20) What is Lease Payment and tell us differenct types.

21) As a financial analyst which company would you recommend for investment.

I could not give them answer of Question No. 19 & 20 and also was confused in 8 and 10 thats why i was worried that what will be the result but Alhamdullilah they passed me.
