I am M.Phil Scholar of Education in Hazara University Mansehra; conduction a research on online teaching  and learning in HE institutions mof Pakistan. The objectives of my study are to explore the perception, scope of e-moderating/e-teaching and learning , to identify the issues/problems regarding administration and implementation of e- moderating system in higher education institutions of Pakistan.

I have designed a questionnaire for e- teachers and e-learners as tool for data collection. I assure you that data provided by all group members will be kept in privacy, confidentiality and will be utilized only for research purpose. I need your esteem cooperation in the research. It is also requested to disiminate the other questionnaire designed for e-learners among each of your course students and teachers through email for maximum participation from VU. It will be great achievement for me to collect data from VU on a large scale from the largest and unique Virtual Education System. in Pakistan. Please send  this questionnaire to all those groups.
