The Graphic rating scale form is a performance appraisal checklist on which a manager simply rates performance on a continuum such as excellent, good, average, fair, and poor. The continuum often includes a numerical scale, for example from 1(lowest performance level) to 5(highest performance level). Graphic scales are probably the most commonly used during performance appraisal; it should also be used to development decisions as well. The graphic scales can be used for many different types of jobs, they are a kind of " one form fits all" it is very simple and almost every one most likely all used one. For example, many colleges have student assessments of professors at the end of the course .all we do check off, or usually fill in a circle for, our rating, so the manager used the graphic scales to resolve the problem with in the bank.

 

 

 

so by using this type of scales manager easily evaluated the problem and gain simple the solution ,by this the, manager also know the performance of the worker of the bank ,
