MCQS were mostly from ASAD MUNIR'S "5 solved Final term papers" file
Subjective question were as follows:

1- why earning per share is preferred over net income by stockholders.? M-3

2- Sales and net income for 5 years from 1996 to 2001 was given and calculation of trend percentages was required keeping the 1996 as base year. (you can see example in past papers) M-3

3- XYZ comapny has significant  working capital but it shows cash shortage also. justify this situation with example.M-3

4- 5 definitions were given in table column A and in Column B there names. i had to match the each definition with its respective name. M-5 

5- calculate stockholders equity and book value per share of common stock from given data.M-5 

6- prepare stockholders equity section of the balance sheet.M-5 

7- Calculate total debt , total equity and debt-to-equity ratio.M-5 

8- journal entries were given and preparation of ledger Cash account was required.M-5 

Overall paper was very easy ALHAMDULILLAH! Best of luck buddies .
