being an HR specialist you are responsible to hire and train and retain quality workforce for the organization and use the organizational resources efficiently to ensure the best workforce available for the jobs which are required to be done in the organization to meet the goals set by the Managers.
After that you are also responsible to keep an eye on the upcoming workforce needs of the organization, also keep an eye on the market to find out where you can get the best personnel and how you can hire and retain them with you.
you should have excellent communication skills to understand the behavior and attitude of the people, the hidden thoughts and their motives. you should also have the ability to keep them motivated and design the job structure and compensation so that they can find some thing interesting to do and with attractive rewards.
all this is a office work and being a social and active lady one female can do this very efficiently.
