dear  be realistic there is no hr scope in Pakistan and hrm is just sorrounded within the organization but marketing has their own charm. I just give my opinion and vote so you have rite to criticize my opinion but no rite said ma opinion wrong if you have experience then em also give ma view on the shadow of multinational experience.
